Discreet delivery on all orders

Discreet delivery means you can trust us to dispatch your order in an anonymous fashion to protect your privacy. Depending on your chosen delivery method, your order will arrive in either a brown jiffy bag, or a silver Royal Mail special delivery bag: both are packaged with no company label or indications of the contents.

As you can see from the pictures, which ever delivery method you choose, your purchase will remain completely anonymous. Standard delivery in the UK takes 3-5 days, although please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Please note: a signature is required for all packages on arrival, and we cannot deliver to PO BOX numbers.

Breakdown of delivery charges

• Standard Delivery within the UK: add £3.95 to total (3-5 days)
• Next Working Day Delivery within the UK: add £7.90 to total (order before 12pm GMT)
• Standard Delivery outside the UK: add £5.95 (€7.14) to total (up to 28 days)
• Express Delivery outside the UK: add £11.90 (€14.28) to total (order before 12pm GMT)

Please note that...

• Overseas special delivery orders are despatched on the same day, however, delivery times will vary depending upon local delivery services.
• We can ship internationally via DHL, which is charged to you at cost. For DHL prices please email us.
• During busy periods, we cannot guarantee 3-5 day delivery for the standard option, but we guarantee to deliver within 28 days.

Damaged products are immediately refunded. We cannot offer guarantees with our devices unless they are damaged so please ensure you are completely happy with your order before you purchase. Some of our herbal products come with a guarantee, this no-questions asked policy enables refunds or exchanges to be made within 1 -2 months (depending on product), please ask customer services for details as the guarantee is product specific.
