How the Size Matters Nipple Honkers Work
Each Nipple Honker comes with its own flexible rubber bulb, which helps to suck air into the chamber creating a vacuum effect when the cylinder is pressed against the skin. This vacuum draws blood to the surface of the skin, filling the nipple for extra sensation.

Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Depress the black bulb, then place the opening of the clear chamber over the nipple. Release the bulb once the chamber is over the nipple and pressed against the skin and as the bulb expands it will draw air in, creating a vacuum upon the nipple.
