The Quick & Easy Cleansing Kit comes in two parts, one to fill your colon with liquid and the other to retain that liquid for as long as you want.

The 300ml enema bulb is designed as a convenient way of introducing your favoured solution into your colon. Simply fill up the bulb, insert the hose into the anus and squeeze the bulb to squirt the solution into your colon.

Once full, remove the tube and quickly insert the plug into your anus. This will prevent the solution from flushing from your anus and will enable you to retain the full feeling of the enema.

To fill the bulb, simply unscrew the nozzle and then pour your preferred liquid into the bulb via the neck, reattaching the nozzle when full.

Once the bulb is full, insert the nozzle into the anus, ensuring that it is fully inserted. When fully inserted, gently squeeze the bulb and squirt the fluid into your colon. Continue until you feel a full sensation in your colon, then remove the nozzle.
