For best results, use MyTenring with a water-based lubricant. Slide the Tenring over an erect or partially erect penis down to the base of the shaft. Following application of the Tenring, massage blood from the perineum into the penis. Do not use the Tenring for more than 30 minutes at a time.

When placing the Tenring on your penis, or removing the device, use the finger grips for added manoeuvrability.
