A faulty or damaged Left Hand Screw can cause you to break or to lose other parts of the Jes Extender and will dramatically reduce the results you can obtain from wearing the Jes Extender.
How The Jes Extender Left Hand Screw Works
The Left Hand Screw is perhaps one of the easiest Jes Extender parts to replace. Simply unscrew it from the Basal Ring Bolt (part #163) then unscrew it from the Hex Piston (part #175).
