At My-SexHealth we highly value and respect your privacy. We feel that when you disclose personal information, such as your email address it should be handled with the strict confidence and security. To better ensure your privacy, your order will be shipped in plain discrete packaging with a shipping label .We will not disclose, sell on, or trade your email address with any third parties.
Your e-mail address and contact details will never be sold and we comply fully with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

Cancellation Rights

You are well within your rights to cancel any order up to 48 hours after the order was placed without giving a reason.
Please contact our customer service line where one of our sales representatives will be able to assist you.
You can remove your address from the mailing list at any time, and you will not receive any further newsletters or non-order related correspondence from us. We make this as simple as possible by providing you with a link at the bottom of all our newsletters, which when clicked will remove your address from our database.

Security

Your credit card details are NOT kept on file. All personal transaction details are processed using our secure server, which uses 128bit SSL encryption to ensure you retain your right to privacy, and your order is completed using a completely secure environment. Meaning, before your information is sent to us, it is encoded into a special format so that it is impossible to intercept. Nobody will know you ordered from us unless you tell them.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you're unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily give a refund, but we must insist on refunding to the same card the order was placed on.
Please return your purchase withing 30 days of receipt of your shipment, at your expense, you may return any UNOPENED product(s), for a refund, as long as the product is sealed and not tampered with.
The shipping & handling cost for the order is NOT refundable. Please note that there is also a 15% re-stocking fee on any returns. If you wish to cancel your order and do so within the 48 hours of your purchase before (prior to it being shipped), there is NO cancellation processing fee.
